SHIPPING YOUR BOOTH: end of conference

SHIPPING and PACKETS INSTRUCTIONS for 2025
 It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to dismantle his/her display and make shipping arrangement with the carrier of your choice. Exhibitors must arrange with the hotel where to drop off materials that are being shipped back to your company prior to leaving the conference.  Exhibits may NOT be dismantled or removed before 11:30am (CST) Friday August 8, 2025
